Whatever you feel it is about, the most important choice you can make in your life is committing to stay fit & healthy !

Being unhealthy, unfit, binging of junk food, lying on sofa, netflix all day… that’s the easiest choice one can ever make. What sets you apart or anyone else for that matter is choosing everyday to stay active, to be fit, to wake up early, to grind, to sweat & to make sure that you become the best version of yourself, not just for you, but towards your partner, your kids, your friends, your parents, your colleagues & everyone around you.

Rather than being anybody, be somebody who can inspire others.

Waking up early in the morning each day, every day & not hitting that snooze button, is the best discipline you can ever have! Remember motivation is only until the 4am alarm, then its discipline & it’s what will build you and separate you from the world. So stop the excuses, get out of bed & do that workout you promised yourself. Your health is your biggest wealth. An old & sick billionaire will give all of his wealth, just to be your age, your health & to have your body !

You have 1000 wishes when you are healthy, but only 1 when you are sick. Let that sink in !
